Green Peas
Green Peas
Ingredients:

750 gr of green peas
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 small carrot
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of pepper
5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of dill (fresh one)
4 cups of water
4 tablespoons of tomato paste

Directions:

On my stove I use the heat on number 7. Use a pot, put 5 tablespoons of olive oil and cut onions and garlic in small pieces, stir them for a bit and cook for about 4-5 minutes then and add water. After that add the green peas, salt, pepper, tomato paste, dill and carrots in small pieces. It takes up to 50 minutes  to cook but always check if you need more water.

Rosmarino with Leeks
Rosmarino with Leeks
Ingredients:

300 gr of Rosmarino
1 onion
1 leek
2 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 dry apricot
1/2 tablespoon fresh dill
5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of dill (fresh one)
3 cups of water


Directions:

Cut onions, garlic, leek in small pieces, tomatoes and dill. In the pot add oil and place onions, garlic, leek (use the white part only), tomatoes. Cook for 6-7 minutes and add vinegaer. I used vinegear as I didnt have white whine. After that add water and cook for another 20 minutes. After that add rosmarino it should take another 15 min. I always turn off stove and leave food for another 10 minutes on the heat. Make sure you check the amount of water. Also, add the dry apricot. When this is almost ready to server sprinkle litle diil on top of food and more pepper if would like.

Tourlou Tourlou
Tourlou Tourlou, potato, eggplant, zuccini, tomato
Ingredients:

1 onion
1 leek
2 garlic cloves
2 fresh tomatoes
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of pepper
half eggplanr
1 red pepper
1 zucchini
1 potato
1 carrot
1/2 tablespoon fresh dill
1/2 tablespoon of parsley
1 Knorr vegetable cube
5 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
3 cups of water


Directions:

Cut onions, garlic, leek, red pepper in small pieces and place them the in the pot. Add olive oil and brown for about 5-6 minutes. Cut the carrot, the eggplant, the zucchini, the tomato and the potato in small pieces. Start adding water, pepper and salt, the knorr cube, the tomato paste and the  rest of our veggies except dill and parsley. Cook for about one hour and 15 minutes then add dill and parsley cook for another 10 minutes. If you notice there is a lot of water try to raise the heat as we don't want that. Even as we didn't add many veggies this dish is good for two people.  This is a very easy and healty dish.

Bean Soup
Bean Soup
Before you cook beans put them in a pot and fill it with water. Let beans to soak over night so they can be soft next morning.

Ingredients:

375 gr of beans
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 carrot
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3-4 cups of water
2 tablespoons of tomato paste

Directions:

In a pot put 3 tablespoons of olive oil and cut onions and garlic in small pieces, stir them for a bit and cook for about 4-5 minutes and add water. After that add the beans, salt, pepper, tomato paste and carrots in small pieces. It takes up to 2 hours  to cook but always check if you need more water to add. Taste beans if you think are hard, cook more.

Lentils
Lentils
Ingredients:

375 gr of lentils
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 carrot (optional)
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3-4 cups of water
2 tablespoons of tomato paste

Directions:

In a pot put 3 tablespoons of olive oil and cut onions and garlic in small pieces, stir them for a bit and cook for about 4-5 minutes and add water. After that add the lentils, salt, pepper, tomato paste and bay leafs. It takes up to an hour these particullar lentils. If you use the smaller ones is easier to cook approximately 45 minutes and taste is way better. Remove bay leaves before serving.
When ready to server  sprinkle little oilve oil on top and a tablespoon of vinegar and add pieces of bread, mix it. This dish is simple fast and healthy.

Red Split Lentils with Thyme Soup

Ingredients:

375 gr of red split lentils
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 tablespoon of pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cups of water
1/4 tablespoon of thyme

Directions:

Cut the onions and the garlic in small pieces. Add the water in a pot and adjust heat on number 7. Place all ingredients in the pot, salt, pepper, lentils, thyme. Cook for about 40 minutes. Check if there is enough water in case it needs more. When you serve you can add in your plate little vinegar, oil and caper but that's optional but taste is way better.

After that add the beans, salt, pepper, tomato paste and carrots in small pieces. It takes up to 2:30 hours  to cook but always check if you need more water to add. Taste beans if you think are hard, cook more.

Broccoli with Potatoes
Broccoli with Potatoes
Ingredients:

A piece of broccoli
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
spribkle of pepper
1 tablespoon of salt
1 table spoon of butter
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2/4 tablespoon of paprika
sprinkle of thyme
1 table spoon of dill
1 potato
2 cups of water


Directions:

Cut the potato in small pieces, the onion and the garlic. Use a pot, heat on number 7. Add the butter, the oil, the onion, the garlic, the potato cook for 10 minutes. Add the water and continue to add the tomato paste, the thyme, the dill, the paprika, the thyme, salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes. Now add the broccoli and cook for another 15 minutes.
