4 fillets of fish 1 onion 1 garlic clove 3 carrots 1 potato sprinkle dry thyme just a bit tiny bit of ginger 2 vegetable knorr cubes 1/2 tablespoon dill 1/2 tablespoon parsley 1 tablespoon of salt 1/2 tablespoon of pepper 3 tablespoons of olive oil 3 cups of water
Turn the heat on the stove to number 7. On a pot add the oil and cut the onions the garlic and the celery into small pieces. Stir for about 10 minutes. Now add the water. Chop the potato and the carrots and add into the pot, add the salt, the pepper, the ginger, the thyme, the knorr cubes, the dill, the parsley and the fish. Cook for another 30 minutes. Because I cover the pot I would turn down the heat to number 5. Enjoy!!!
2 fillets of fish 4 onions A hand of full raisins 2 knorr vegetable stock mix 1/2 tablespoon of salt 1/2 tablespoon of pepper 5 tablespoons of olive oil 3/4 cups of water 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
First lets cut the onions. Next, turn the heat on the stove to number 7. Put olive oil and place all onions into the pot. Cook for about 15 minutes. Preheat stove to 375 F for about 10 minutes. After that use a pan and place inside all onions the raisins, the tomato paste, the water, the pepper, the sault, and the fish. Mix all of them. I have included a picture with a black pan. Put into the stove and cook for 30 minutes. Next lower the heat to 350 F and cook for another 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
"First time I made this recipe. The older times my mom used to cook this dish and always on March 25th which is the Annunciation of Mary. Most famous dish in Greece is haddock with dip of garlic. Dip of garlic comes into two versions either with potato or bread. Middle of Greece people use dip with bread. Now this recipe comes from middle of Greece but only few villages make it this way. Many are not familiar with this recipe although now days many know about this. Easy to make as long as you like onions".
Fish with celery, leeks, dill, lemon
3 fillets of fish 1 onions 2 garlic cloves 3 celeries 2 knorr vegatable stock mix 1 leek 1 lemon 1 tablespoon of salt 2 tablespoons of dill 1/2 tablespoon of pepper 3 tablespoons of olive oil 2 cups of water
First lets cut the onions, celery, garlic, leek (use the white part only) in small pieces. Next, turn the heat on the stove to number 7. Put oilive oil and place all onions into the pot, the garlic and the celery. Cook for about 15 minutes. Then add the salt, the pepper, the water and the dill. Cook for another 10 minutes and then add the fish the dill and the lemon juice. Cook for another 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!!!

Fish with Veggies and Sauce
3 fillets of fish Mixed veggies two diferent kind Sprinkle of salt Sprinkle of pepper Sprinkle of garlic powder 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 tablespoon of butter
Use a pan. Add the oil and the butter then the fish and the veggies. Sprinkle on top the salt, the pepper and the garlic powder. Cook for about 15 min. Make sure no water left in the pan.
Use a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 spoons of mustard, squeeze half lemon and use one tablespoon of dill. Mix all together and place it in your plate.
