4 fillets of fish 1 onion 1 garlic clove 3 carrots 1 potato sprinkle dry thyme just a bit tiny bit of ginger 2 vegetable knorr cubes 1/2 tablespoon dill 1/2 tablespoon parsley 1 tablespoon of salt 1/2 tablespoon of pepper 3 tablespoons of olive oil 3 cups of water
Turn the heat on the stove to number 7. On a pot add the oil and cut the onions and the garlic, celery into small pieces. Stir for about 10 minutes. Now add the water. Chop the potato and the carrots and add into the pot, add the salt, the pepper, the ginger, the thyme, the knorr cubes, the dill, the parsley and the fish. Cook for another 30 minutes. Because I cover the pot I would turn down the heat to number 5. Enjoy!!!
2 potatoes 1 carrot 3 celeries 1 onion 1 glove of garlic 3 tablespoons of olive of oil 1 tablespoon of salt 1/4 of pepper 1 chicken cube of knorr sprinkle of sage sprinkle of rosemary 1 cup of milk 1 tablespoon of flour 3 cups of water
Cut the potatoes, the carrot, the celeries, the onion, the garlic in small pieces. Adjust heat to number 7. Use a pot, add the oil and put onions, celeries, carrot and garlic inside cook for 5 minutes. Add the water. I would raise heat temporarily on high, when it boils reduce the heat on number 7 again. Cook for 30 minutes. Meanwhile add the knorr, the sage, the rosemary, salt and pepper. Now add a cup of milk. Now will need to prepare the flour. Use a cup and add a tablespoon of flour and 3 tablespoons of water and whisk so flour is creamy, you might need to add more water. When our soup start boiling again put inside the flour and whisk for a bit. After the 30 minutes of cooking I would cook for another 10 minutes and stir occationally. When is done serve when is hot. Half Cauliflower 1 carrot 1 cube of chicken knorr 1 cube of vegetable knorr 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon of salt 1/4 tablespoon of salt 1 tablespoon of butter sprinkle of thyme - optional 3 cups of water
Cut the cauliflower, carrot in small pieces. Use a pot, heat on 7 add the oil, the water, the salt, the pepper, the chicken and vegetable knorr, the butter, the cauliflower and the carrots. Cook for about 50 minutes. Very simple recipe. Enjoy!!!
